Vision

Eric Raymond, CPA Auditor, is part of the second generation of leadership at Multivesco. His father, Bernard Raymond, held a senior leadership position within the company for more than 38 years before passing the torch to him. This family continuity allows Eric to combine respect for the company’s founding values with a modern vision of management and real estate development.

A dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven executive, Eric brings extensive experience in accounting, finance, and business management. Prior to joining Multivesco, he served as a partner in an accounting firm that he co-founded alongside fellow CPA professionals.

Recognized for his attention to detail and analytical approach, Eric ensures that the company’s decisions are based on reliable, relevant, and accessible financial information. His commitment to excellence contributes directly to the growth and success of Multivesco’s projects.

Responsabilities

As CFO, Eric oversees all financial activities of Multivesco, including financial planning, treasury management, project financing, taxation, relationships with financial institutions, as well as the preparation and analysis of financial information.

He is actively involved in strategic negotiations related to acquisitions, partnerships, financing arrangements, and the development of the company’s real estate projects. He also plays a key role in supporting the executive team in making informed business decisions and achieving the organization’s growth objectives.

Expertise

Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting as well as a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Quebec in Outaouais.

He holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Auditor) designation and a public accounting licence. He is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA Québec) and CPA Canada.
